Emilie "Lili" de Rochefort is from Monaco. Her father is an incredibly wealthy oil magnate and Lili is his spoiled only daughter. She has the world at her fingertips and her father will do anything to please her.
Unfortunately, Lili has discovered a hobby and a talent in street fighting. She gets a thrill out of fighting and wants to compete in the famous King of the Iron Fist tournament. However, her father is a pacifist, hates fighting and would never permit his precious princess to do such a thing. This results in her having to sneak around and plot in order to enter each tournament.
She has a self-proclaimed rivalry with Asuka Kazama for reasons known only to Lili.
Her age depends on the game, but she is over 18 in all appearances.
